Mustang Creek Estates

Mustang Creek is a very special and unique facility that provides excellent care and love to all its residents- as a person who has the opportunity to visit many facilities in the area Mustang Creek and it’s employees have won my heart.
From the mouth of my patient: Mustang Creek spoils you Rotten. As a Nurse what more could I hope for. The community environment creates a family atmosphere for the patients and the staff is very involved. I love it

Was told my situation was handed and it wasn’t and that’s why i have yet to receive my check due to being told that my direct deposit stuff was hacked when you literally have to have a verification code to login unless it’s HR and I’ve took legal actions in to not receiving my check smh !

This place has a lot of issues that need to be addressed. Meds were often not in the system, thus weren’t given as prescribed or not given at all.
No precautions were taken when there were cases of Covid or to let family members or outside health professionals know people had tested positive for Covid.
The menu was loaded with frozen vegetables, rice and pasta or deli meats loaded with sodium as an alternative.
The wellness director lied to me about giving me a TB test on 1/8/25. She hadn’t given me the test. She communicated with me as if I had dementia, stating “You already had the test, it was negative.” I knew she hadn’t given me the test.
Made me wonder how many other residents hadn’t had a TB test or didn’t receive their meds.

My father-in-law resides there. He is doing well and he enjoys all of the opportunities for socializing.

Have had very positive and professional interactions with their Sales Director, Solomon. He has assisted several patients with placement there and was always ready to support and answer any questions they have had. Love the set up there, very home-like. Definitely a place to stop by and visit.
