We hired New Braunfels Mobility to take my mom, me, and my sister for a 3-hour outing to drive around New Braunfels as our mom was home and wheelchair-bound. Gomez was amazing, transporting our mom to and from our house to his van. Safety was always first.
We all had a great time, especially my mom. I would highly recommend New Braunfels Mobility to others.

Very flexible especially considering the dynamics that day. Driver was extremely professional & offered assistance with belongings into the facility. He apologized for the delay in transport (due to no fault of his own/the departing facility was no ready for him). Very kind & careful not to upset our Alzheimers patient. Highly recommend Al & his group.
NBM made it easy and quick when we were in need.
