Living ‘off campus’ refers to apartments and other dwellings for Rensselaer students not directly managed by the Residential Commons or Fraternity and Sorority Life organizations. The goal of the Off-Campus Commons is to help educate students on how to find a safe, secure, and affordable place to live while studying at Rensselaer and to maintain connections to the campus community.
The Off-Campus Commons plays an integral role in supporting students living off campus to gather and find connection.
I wish I could give 6 stars! Awesome communication, even better help with figuring out the housing situation. As a fresh adult I didn’t really know what I was doing but Graham definitely helped guide me! Super recommend reaching out and asking, everyone is super nice
Graham helped me while I was searching for an apartment. He gave me necessary information and promptly replied to all my emails. He is an asset to the RPI.
Being an international student joining RPI, finding accommodation near campus was a difficult task. However, the process was made much easier by RPI’s off-campus housing services. They helped me connect with landlords and I finally found a suitable apartment near campus at an affordable price.
Thank you Graham Knowles!
I had difficulty finding houses when I was new at RPI, the off campus housing stepped up and helped me out from contacting landlords to authenticating accurate houses, they assisted with the whole journey! Thanks Graham Knowles!
