I went Saturday, March the 8th for a tour. Ms. Brooke showed me the property. I have to say that this is what I imagined when I started looking for luxury apartments. The community is gorgeous and staff was friendly and more professional than anyone I have worked with in the past looking for apartments. Its location is next to the library and community center activities and in a quiet location. The 1 bedroom I was shown was the most beautiful apartment I have seen in my life. I am actively hoping to move here in May or June.
We have been living here for close to a year now and absolutely love it. The community is really quiet and peaceful, and the maintenance here is amazing. Cody from maintenance is a rockstar, who goes above and beyond to address any issues that you have. Plus Latonya in the front office is always there to answer any questions that you may have. She usually works until 7PM
One of the girls in front office seems to be on something. Very airy and incompetent.
Olympus has been a quiet and fun place to live. Property is beautiful – well kept and maintenance takes great care of us. I would recommend you check out Olympus Waterford!!
I have enjoyed living in this apartment complex. Feels like a little condo community. Great location too. Maintenance is quick and staff is friendly. Landscaping and area is well kept. I would recommend as a great place to live.
