Very disappointed when my grand mother went to try and make a payment for her monthly rent and Shay aka sharay (leasing manager) slammed the door in my grand mothers face not sure why but that was very unprofessional and rude she will not be renewing her lease there thank you for everyone else that was so welcoming to her

Realy nice place
Approximately four months ago I was looking for my forever home, I hate moving, when I took a tour at Palladium Senior Living apartments in Garland, it felt like home and that
is the place that I would want to make my forever home! The property is so beautiful, and well maintained and I instantly felt in-love with the 2 bedroom model apartment that I was showned. The manager and staff were so very nice, welcoming and helpful. I’m on the waiting list, hoping and PRAYING that my name would come up by July, when my
lease is up. I’m looking forward in participating in the social events and conversing with other seniors, making new friends and making Palladium Senior Living apartments of Garland my home.
