Our Mom was a resident at Paramount House Senior Living, in Vacaville, California, in the memory care unit for 9 years. She recently passed away at 100 years old.
We cannot say enough about the amazing care and the love she received there from caregivers, to administrators, to the cleaning staff. They treated her like family. During Covid they WERE her family. They felt like our family as well.
We cannot imagine any facility taking better care of a loved one than Paramount House. Every minute our Mom was there, she was receiving in the best possible care and love. Our family cannot thank these angels enough.
We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our loved one. We highly recommend Paramount House Senior Living to anyone seeking a compassionate and supportive environment for their family member.
My wife and I have spent a great time of time and energy looking for an Assisted Living facility for my Mom. We finally decided to choose Paramount House. We were impressed with the facility & personnel. Bneeisha Williams, the Community Relations Director has been the person who made our decision much easier . She has taken the time and patience to answer all our questions and help us through all the steps. She’s fabulous!
After six months, we’re still very pleased with this facility. The staff and management team are attentive & caring. Mom is very content in their care.
Sadly we had to pull our loved one out for various reasons. She had a rat living in the closet for over 3 months. Not a mouse, a rat. She had an unexplained black eye, multiple bruises, a dangerous mis handling of her medications, left in soiled clothing for extended periods of time and could not get staff to answer the phone at night. They went through multiple directors and the last one resorted to retaliatory measures by changing her level of care so high we could no longer stay, even though we were already looking for something better the whole time. The ombudsman and County were involved in helping us, but we didn’t wait for their plan of action. There were a few caring people like Kathy and the bus driver, Robert, who always went the extra mile.
Paramount House use to be well kept. Not so much anymore. It is looking run down, on the outside. Why is this?
