I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for this hospice staff!!
They were all so kind, communicative, informative, and truly cared for my loved one during his last year of life. There was such a huge level of compassion that is unmatched by any healthcare staff/service I had ever dealt with before (outside of my loved ones care as well!).
Because of their dedication and care he was able to pass peacefully in a space he knew, loved, and was familiar with, without having to be moved to a nursing home. If they needed to drive up 5+ times a week to keep him comfortable, they would do it. Again, their level of care is unmatched.
They have an amazing spiritual counselor who would visit and pray and play music to keep his spirits high, and also amazing volunteers that would come and read to him. These services added so much peace and richness to his life.
I had experiences with another local hospice/palliative care team and was able to immediately see a huge difference in care and quality of life when we switched to Partners in Care.
I would absolutely recommend this hospice service to anyone who must go through the hardships of losing someone they love. This team truly seems to have a calling for what they do and don’t seem to just view it as a job. They all get along amazing with each other and outside support staff, which is a testament to good leadership and an awesome work culture, which ultimately leads to better care for their patients.
