I would have gave 5 stars the staff are helpful and friendly but, the floors really need to kept up with sweeping and mopping more than once per day bcz, some patients can’t help it if they are leaking urine while rolling in their wheel chairs in common areas, so my family members wheel chair got urine on her wheels, tracking it all the way back to her room. I had to go clean her room floors lucky I had seen what happened or we could not figure out where the bad odor would be coming from? It’s no fault of patient or employee, it’s an accident but, it should be swiffered up as soon as it happens, being sanitized as accidents happen should be a priority****
Disgusting place wouldn’t take my dog here!!!! It’s not clean black mold in the ac and nursing staff shows no cares on cleaning or the safety of the residents!!!! Department of aging and disability needs to do a random pop up!!!!!
Lots of caring employees work at Petal Hill. The best confirmation for a great facility is good care, great activities and residents themselves.
