Clearly there is a disconnect between the VA, Care builders and the employees that come here to when my caregiver Akyra McNeely takes off. My first question is what can you do and it the list of can’t is longer than what they can do! I would prefer if you all wouldn’t send sr citizens here that clearly can’t lift when assistance my nurse. Akyra has been here two years and no one has come to shadow hernot ever. One supervisor came one day I think she realized how is required. I don’t need cooking, no arons,. Most come here to sit down and do nothing, not on my watch. My caregiver needs a $1 or 2 bump because she is a outstanding worker and a very nice
