Quantum Healthcare

Last year, Quantum Home Health Care aides were so effective & instrumental in my recovery from my hospital stay which lasted almost three weeks. All of their employees were professional, knowledgeable and compassionate in my care. Thanks, Quantum! You were great!

It has not been a pleasant experience dealing with Quantum Healthcare.

Our elderly mom was advised by her primary physician to receive home physical therapy to strengthen her balance and strength.

Unfortunately it has taken weeks of calls, and numerous at home visits to even obtain 1 session of physical therapy-therapy for our mom.

Sadly, on more than one occasion someone from the Quantum Healthcare organization has made unscheduled early in day visits to our elderly family member. Such unprofessional and discourteous treatment of our mom— It’s unbelievable.

The Quantum organization really needs serious improvement on treating their clients carefully with due respect for their time and safety. Such haphazard and unscheduled visits at the home of our elderly parent is majorly disruptive not considerate of her needs.

We definitely will not be recommending Quantum Healthcare to any family or friends.

We have waited 2 weeks to have PT and OT in the home for my Elderly Mother with a broken leg. This company has done NOTHING. I find out today they haven’t even requested approval from Insurance because their incompetent nurse didn’t fill out the paperwork properly. I would not suggest using this company.
