Not enough handicap parking entrance door is always malfunctioning hard to open when in wheel chair or walker.
Lorie and the team at Pacifica are wonderful. They went above and beyond for my dad during his stay after surgery. Highly recommend.
The staff are so caring and friendly. The medical Director gives updates frequently about my mom‘s health and daily activities and goes above and beyond to be of assistance anytime she is needed . The facility is bright and open, very clean and very welcoming. The staff assisted with the transition for my mom with information and a helpful, caring attitude. We are blessed to have found such a wonderful place that brings us peace of mind knowing my mom is in great hands at Pacifica Vista .
It is a pleasure to have Celia living at the Pacifica Oceanside where the staff are helpful in meeting her needs and for the warm reception her daughter and I receive when we enjoy a patio dinner and join her for an evening movie. Also the close location gives her and us a more secure feeling of family and joining her in the special events.​ Our furry 4-legged Valentino the pooch is always welcomed by residents who enjoy his attention!

We recently moved my 92 year old Mom into Pacifica. We were concerned about how such a significant change would affect her. At first she was reluctant, but with the staff’s help, she quickly made friends and joined in with many of the daily events and activities. The dining room is lovely and the menu/food is excellent. The staff is absolutely wonderful (especially Lorie and Esme!) – attentive, friendly, upbeat and comforting when needed. The facility is beautiful, bright, clean and cheerful. We never thought we would be so happy to hear her say “Can I talk to you later? I’m on my way too the Luau” (or the concert, or bingo, or a movie)! Definately the best decision our family has made for her! We highly recommend Pacifica.
