The nurses that came out to the house are very nice and professional. Would give 0 stars if it wasn’t for them. But management staff is very unprofessional borderline rude. Would not recommend. They supposedly have 24/7 nurse but don’t seem to want to come out. The hospital recommended them I would seriously consider just finding your own nurses.
Holy Redeemer in mercer County provided palliative/hospice care for my father for the last 5 years of his life. While the aids and staff that would come to the house (for the most part) were wonderful , I have never seen such a poorly run business in my life. They never knew who was off, due to vacation or illness so constantly I would have aids no show. The lack of compassion when my father passed away was mind blowing. I reported it to his nurse that was to come later that day and that was the last I heard from them. Not a single phone call from management or the social worker. Not a card…… literally NOTHING. I have left several messages asking what to do with the comfort kit that is STILL in my house . It contains drugs that I know should be disposed of but since they are liquid , the police won’t accept them .
