This place is awesome the CNAs and the nurses are top notch I was here three months it was never treated better their professionalism is well above and beyond I would highly recommend this place to anybody and I have Brittany and socun mary Lena are incredible the whole staff there is very very professional any of them will help you at any time whether it’s a jug of water or with me it don’t matter the physical therapy department is top notch when I went in I couldn’t walk by the time I was done I was doing four laps around the place on a two-wheel Walker the four-wheel Walker well that’s a different story and a little harder a little difficult but I was still making one life I would definitely request to go back here again if I needed it thank you people you’re awesome
Just want to say I’m 66-year-old male that came into the facility not even able to sit up. But thanks to the knowledgeable and caring staff in the physical therapy department I am now walking with the Walker. They never gave up on me they always helps me guided me in the right direction and always stood behind me for support when I needed it and physically needed it. You can’t find a better staff anywhere.
My dad was staying at the Redlands Healthcare Center for 7 days, my mom checked him out on Monday September 30th. My mom called the center prior to picking him up to ask if he was clean and ready to go home, she was told that he was. When she arrived, his clothing and belongings hadn’t been packed, she had to try to find his things. The closet that my dad was supposed to be using was full of somebody else’s items, and the night stand next to the bed he was in was full of someone else’s things. My mom was only able to find some of the new clothes that she bought for my dad just before she checked him into the center. He was missing several white t-shirts and white socks, a flannel shirt, a pair of pajama bottoms, and a box of tissue brought from home. His shoes were found under the bed next to my dad’s bed. Unbelievably someone stole my dad’s gold wedding band off his hand and replaced it with a cheap looking hand made yellow band type thing. When my mom reported the missing wedding band to a nurse at the front desk they said, he has a ring on his hand. After my dad’s items went missing, my mom was told that she had to sign an inventory form stating that my dad had all the items he checked in with, my mom, of course refused to sign it. As my mom and a nurse were helping my dad get into my mom’s car she said my dads diaper was soaked, I have no idea why a nurse told my mom that my dad was clean and his things were ready for him to be discharged.
Something has to change with this facility. I would never recommend the Redlands Healthcare Center to anyone. Whomever oversees this place needs to do better background checks on their employees so no other patients have their personal belongings stolen. Shame on the person who stole my dad’s wedding ring off his finger, they are a sick individual!!!
There is not a time when a loved one is apprehensive entering a Rehabilitation Center. We chose, Redlands Healthcare Center. Merisa Dela Cruz, Director of Business Development, was our first contact with Redlands. Without a doubt, she put our minds at ease. She answered all our questions and concerns. I needed the reassurance my husband would be in good hands . Merisa put my worries to rest. She made my husbands stay at Redlands as pleasurable as one can ask for, away from home. The entire staff at Redlands, from beginning to end, were outstanding! Friendly, caring, and dedicated. I’m ready to send my husband back to Redlands. He was spoiled. Thank you Merisa, Lydia Hill
When my mom went into this facility, we were a bit panicked about her condition and what place to get her in to. Marissa helped me navigate the admissions process and was available whenever I needed a random question answered. The staff here are well-trained and a medical assistant was always available to us. They were very kind and patient with my mom. My mom loved her PT, Victor, here as well. Her doctor and her doctor’s nurses were a bit harder to connect with, as they rotate between facilities I believe, which is understandable, and at least they were kept informed about her care. I’m glad we chose this facility.
