– This was the only place that would take my mom after she left her Asst Living. My expectations were low and since my mom did not have any other option we stayed here
– My moms original Social Worker left without letting any of the residents families know, I went weeks without any communication with the facility
– With the new reconstruction, my moms phone jack in her room did not work and after being told by them they would fix it for weeks, they never did so I did not have a way to communicate with my mom
– My mom died on a Sunday at a hospital and I have received NO WORD from Remarkable for 2 days about her passing and collecting her belongings. I had to call 5 times in order to get a hold of someone, and their response was “oh I’m surprised no one has reached out to you.”

WARNING! Please read all reviews and do not place your loved ones here. The state should shut this place down and myself and even workers at the facility have all said the same thing. The director and social worker are awful!! All they want to do is give your loved ones meds to knock them out so they don’t have to deal with them. First hand experience of that. If you care anything about your loved one, you’ll run from here. I cannot stress that enough!
