Poor Communication, Territorial behavior,
If I could Very aggresive and unprofessional staff as a nursing professional I would never treat a resident the way I was treated today me and my fiancé came to the office to see why they wouldn’t allow him to have his card to go Christmas shopping they told me it was because I wasn’t a staff at rescare and then they told his aunt that it was because my background didn’t come back yet so which one is it ? They also fail to give him any statements or invoices it where the remaining of his monthly money goes the system is corrupted and shady I definitely will be calling APS they also have my fiancé sleeping on a dirty pissy mattress with no sheets from another resident who passed away before he moved there after we left the office today this staff member MARGO RANDALL followed us out to the car saying she would call the cops because me and my boyfriend was arguing .. little did Mrs Randall know my phone was on record the whole time she then said I didn’t have the right to record her but she had a pen and her hand in my car pointing towards me and my fiancé I felt my life was endangered and threaten by law I can record anything in or on my property or within 6 feet one thing about me is I know my rights and I’m glad I recorded for my saftey because if I didn’t she would have called the cops and made up lies she jumped bsck so quick and ran inside that office when she was notified this all was being recorded if you interact with anyone at rescare in the office. RECORD IT THEY ARE CORRUPT LIARS AND I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ACTION!! And speaking with the ceo and getting my fiancé out of this place ASAP ! Please please don’t send ur family here DNS IS A BETTER PLACE GO THERE ! Add me on Facebook for more information and current resident statements that live here ! This place needs to be shut down my fiancé can’t even get proper care here mold everywhere on the tubs toilets floors ! Please stay away from here I’m begging you your family deserves better
