Right at Home was terrific in providing companionship and care to my mom while my dad was in the hospital. 1st. My 91 year old Mom has been in a rehab facility this past month and she really likes the aides that Right at Home has sent.
2nd. The nurses at the Rehab facility have told me that the aides are wonderful.
3rd. My family and I really appreciate Right at Home’s responsiveness and flexibility. The first time I called them, they were able to get someone to Mom’s rehab facility the very next day. And, as my Mom’s schedule and needs have changed, they have quickly accommodated them, even at the last minute when I’ve had to change aides’ hours and duties.
Our 95 year old father (a Veteran), recently returned home from a hospitalization. His medical condition required home health care. We contacted the Right At Home healthcare agency referred through the local VA. Vicky R., a Licensed Master Social Worker at the agency accommodated our family with utmost professionalism and courtesy. She was extremely knowledgeable in answering all our questions and concerns. Vicky quickly and efficiently assigned a much needed aide for dad. She should be commended for her conscientious effort and be a role model for her peers.
We began with Right at Home in October and did utilize more than one aide due to scheduling. Each person was caring and knowledgeable in their skillset and what was needed. Currently, we have Kathy and she has been a true gift to our family.
