I sent my grandson homemade treats for valentine’s day. I paid extra for them to be delivered on the 14th and they were delivered on that day but someone at the facility held the box of cookies and pound cakes until the 22nd. Is it possible that they could not find 2 employees to go into the room together to open the box for 8 days. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
My mother was in this atrocity of a rehab center for a year before passing away. Worst staff, worst nurses and even worse administrators. The only thing these people care about is taking your loved ones money. Ask for an itemized bill? They won’t give it to you. But they will give you attitude! Ask questions about your loved ones care? They won’t have answers, but they will have attitude! Absolutely the worst facility I have ever been in. I feel for the residents and family members because this place does nothing to help its patients. As long as they are getting their money, that’s all they care about. Stay away from this place like the plague.
This place is the worst rehabilitation center I’ve ever seen! I’ve worked in living facility and nursing home most of my life and by far this is the worst. Everytime I went to visit my mom the floor was not mopped or swept. My mom bed is not changed. I set them up. I went to visit and found food in her bed and the room was nasty all the time. I went in and the floor was so sticky that when I took a step back and my sandal come off because the floor was so sticky that my shoe come off my foot. She smelled like they never gave her a bath but twice that I know .They gave her a show the 1st day she was there and when we got tired of it we called them and told them we was on our way to come pick her up. When we got there they gave her a shower so she didn’t stink. The sheets was always was dirty and never changed. I found lettuce in the bed so I made a comments about it and told them that it still had the same food under the sheets. The bathroom looked like it was never mopped or swept. When I would walk in she stuck like piss. Everytime she ask to go to the restroom all they would say is you have a pull-up on so you can pee in it. When I was there I was the one that took her to the restroom and she stuck so bad I almost puked. This place is so bad I wouldn’t even put a rat in there. The state needs to come in and shut it down!!! If I could I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!!!!
Day 3 and very impressed so far! Staff is extremely nice and friendly. Everyone we have met has a positive attitude and is very helpful. Building is old but clean inside.
My Name is (Vincent King) My Auntie has been a resident of Rosenberg Health & Rehabilitation Center for about 3 weeks now. Myself and my family are truly please with the awesome care that she has received.
First starting 6/4/24 with MO, calling me on Tuesday telling me that my aunt would be accepted in your facility then providing transportation the same day…..(That Was Great News).
To the lady at the front door (Maria) welcoming us into the building.
To the administrative office (Stephanie BOM) having the paperwork package ready for me to sign and date while thoroughly explaining every page and making copies of all the legal documents..
Now I have the opportunity to work with Jessica (DON) and David (DON1) about any issues or concerns that I may have about my aunts Kathy’s wellbeing.
There are so many employees that I have met in the short time or (spoken to) concerning my aunt. It usually starts at the top with the administrator (Marty). She is very nice, knowledgeable about the job and inspirational all at the same time…
