I went in to this Salata expecting a clean, friendly atmosphere. Instead, I leave disappointed. Upon arrival, one of the first things I noticed was multiple (im assuming dead) crickets around the dining area. Ew. Then, I head to where they start the salads and heard no greeting. I noticed both women at the front (one very short with long hair, and the other had a polo and a green hat which i assume is the manager) were not wearing hairnets. I felt very rushed through the line, and received super small portions of everything. This is disheartening considering the price of everything here. I took my food to go, and when I got home, I found a long, black hair in my freaking wrap!!! I forgot to take a picture, but I am sooo disappointed in this location!!! If the manager reads this: wear a hairnet. hair in food is NOTHING to play with.

I just go there to enjoy the best salad in Dallas at the best price. You have your pick of so many items to choose from, and a small salad is a lot of food. The lettuce is so fresh. Everything is. I take a book and enjoy the patio or inside and love this place. If I had one of these within a mile I would incorporate it in my budget to eat there almost every day. I can not give this place enough praise. Always very clean.
