SAN ANGELO NURSING AND REHAB

I love the residents and the staff are great people to work with. It’s a great feeling putting a smile on both staff and residents there!!!

In life we cannot always choose the hand we are dealt. I was given the opportunity to come to San Angelo Nursing and Rehab. God knew this is where I needed to be. They welcomed me like family. There was a sense of relaxation and calmness. I want to thank everyone who works there. They do their best to help you. Physical and occupational therapy are great. They help me in getting back my independence. To all my friends and family I would highly recommend. I love it here.

This place is not good for your family. I have continually found my mother sitting in a dirty diaper, sometimes a dirty bed, always a sticky floor, and they have missed getting my mother to her doctors appointment. I STRONGLY tell you to NOT use this facility.

I would like to give Kim Lombrana props for her wonderful skills as a D.O.N here at the center she sure does deserve the title for being compationate toward not only me but to all the residents here. She literally stops working from her own work to listen to the residents when they approach her. She has really contributed to this facility from what it has been before a long with the staff she leads to follow in her steps. My stay so far has been amazing so far. Congrats and keep up the amazing work u do as a leader and great human being u rock !!

It’s 9:11pm I just saw an elderly lady at the wade of the drive way. And 4 vehicles just kepting going and didn’t even help her. This place is right next to very busy st going towards the lake. Husband and me turned around to help her back when the assiti g nurses finally came out. This is not alright. How long was she out there, and no one helped. Very sad I saw this.
