I would like to share about the great care that I received from Savannah Best Care. Vera Davilla was the first person who helped me. She made me feel so comfortable and dropped what she was doing to give me the best bedside bath! She washed my hair as well. I never felt uncomfortable or embarrassed. The whole staff there made me feel so comfortable. I have to compliment all of the staff even the cooks. My therapist as well made me feel important.
It was like I was helped by family and friends.
It was the best care and I could go on and on about my three weeks with them. THANK YOU to All the staff at Savannah Best Care Congregation!!!

This place does nothing but make excuses for why they don’t do anything and the excuse is always blamed on the over medicated patient refusing, being so medicated that you can barley lift your head is not refusing! or oh we couldn’t do therapy today because of the IV, like the IV can’t move with them? They seem to try to drag the recovery on so they can charge more and no one in the place communicates. Every day a new set of rules and why do they need 24 hr notice that someone is visiting? What are they trying to hide? I hope they get the same treatment when it’s their turn. Stop pushing the pain meds and actually feed the patients so they can be strong enough to leave the place before you morphine them to death! The only positive is the place seemed clean but who wouldn’t be able to get it cleaned up in 24 hours?

This place is amazing. Last month I fell and fractured my femur. I was very lucky to be able to stay there for them to take care of me I was there for 20 days. Everyone at this facility was very caring and took very good care of me. The physical therapist (tough at first) but he made sure I did what was needed to get me up and moving. I don’t know why the bad reviews, but I give it all the stars I can, they actually deserve a 10!!
