This review is not for the dealership, it is for the Ford Motor Company. I have brought and leased ford trucks since 1994. But after the stupid Ford “Men’s only Explorer” Comercial… I will never buy or lease a Ford again. Another company goes woke and puts down men through their Comercial. Unbelievable!

I had some issues with the engine of my F150.
I came into the dealer, and they told me that I have to schedule an appointment for a month later.
When I brought in my vehicle a month later, they told me that they had to order parts, and then they told me they didn’t have a lift to fix it.
It’s already been there for more than 2 months. It’s sitting in the parking lot, doing nothing over there. Don’t give me a rental at this time.
I’m still waiting as of now.
It’s not my first time that I had such a bad experience with them 😡
Manager CAESAR was RUDE and PUSHY, only cared about upselling and ignored what I actually wanted. Terrible experience.
