I absolutely loved the care and dedication from the Senior Helpers. During the hard times when a family member was diagnosed with a terminal illness Danielle and the rest of the care team were there to assist my family while also providing emotional support and love into the situation. The amount of care she showed to not only the patient but whole family is something I will never forget.
She checked up on us and always made sure we knew that he was getting the best care possible and was nothing but comfortable and happy during the most challenging time in his life. It was as if she had become a member of our family.
She even participated in celebrating his final birthday and felt all of the same emotions we did as he thanked everyone for being there for him. She was there to support our family even after my great uncle passed by sending her condolences and letting us know we are absolutely able to contact them again if we ever need them for another family member.
If I am ever in a circumstance again where I need assistance with an elderly family member I will be sure to contact senior helpers and their team again. their care, love and dedication is un-comparable to any of the other businesses. If I was able to leave 10 stars I absolutely would.
I appreciate this company so much, at a difficult time in our lives they were so supportive and helpful. They take the time to really make a connection with their clients and show immense amounts of respect and understanding when it comes to scheduling and care requests. During one of the most difficult times in my life, Danielle was more than just a caregiver, she became part of the family.
