It’ s a nice place. I just want to see the place for now but no commitment yet. Being a nice place during summertime I would give it a 5. I don’t know the service though
Rates are too high based on size of units, size / layout / look of facility…also, there was no wheelchair available for seniors who are visiting for a tour.

The place is full of people interacting with each other. They always have something cooking, and whenever I visit most of the residents are busy. The staff is doing something more than before. Happy and not lonely. Great job to the staff for keeping them going after Covid set them back.
I toured the community. very clean, organized and activities were wonderful. the new activities director Lupi works so well with the residents. she is patient and makes sure everyone participates in her daily program. I would recommend highlands to my own friends and family
