Sierra View Senior Living

After painstakingly considering a home for my elderly mother, and yes she had a say, we fell in love with Sierra View. The owner Lisa and her staff are amazing. From top to bottom we felt welcome from the start. Walking through the front doors there is an instant feeling of “being home”. All of the caregivers have made us feel like family and truly care about all of the residents. Their kitchen chefs and support staff are all top notch – delivering delicious meals and desserts every single day. Sierra View is certainly a gem. Thank you for the quality care and assistance my mother gets at your facility!!

I had heard from a friend that SVSL is a wonderful place. I found it to be true. It has a “soul”. It’s family owned and managed. Lisa, owner and administrator, is on site and in charge. It shows. She puts in long days and is reachable at almost any hour (not just 9-5). One of my initial observations was that employees are happy and laughing – they do not appear stressed. It’s obvious that employees respect and admire Lisa. Happy employees = happy residents. The atmosphere and furnishings make it feel like home. The food is fresh and prepared on site by a staff that takes pride in delivering a quality culinary experience – it isn’t box food, far from it. SVSL is a gem.

I have a client/friend that I was looking to place and I went to 14 different places in the area. As soon as I walked in the door and met the owner I wrote the check. It just got better, right up to end of life. She always felt surrounded by loving family there. I would rate this facility at 10.5. The staff, the facity, the food and the love my friend was given
was exceptional. Needless to say I would highly recommend this facility.

When my mother got to the point in life where she needed assistance, I am so happy that I found Sierra View Senior Living! The family that owns and operates this small home (I think it has 33 rooms) is the most compassionate and loving family. All of the people that work there are so sweet and helpful.

Sadly my mother just passed but I cannot imagine going through the end of her life without Lisa, her daughter and staff. They made my mother as comfortable as possible and were so accommodating and helpful for me. Having never gone through this before, I didn’t know what to expect or what to do and they guided me along in the process. They even found a home for my mothers cat, which was a huge relief for me.

The atmosphere is very comfortable, all of the food is prepared on site fresh and they always have an activity for the residents if they so choose to participate. You will not e sorry choosing this home for yourself or loved one. It is the BEST!
