Was just released a second time. Went to management twice and nothing was done. Was told things changed, boy was I wrong. Was bullied by a member of management. Went to her boss and HR nothing was done. They play with people’s livelihood. I called complience line and still no results. They need to do way better. Silly of me to think things changed. I’ve talked to q lawyer. Something has to be done with Seabreeze and things are in motion by the lawyer.
Great place to be an employee! Management always looks out for the best interests of their employees !
My autistic non-verbal brother was put in the care of SLP @ their Seabreeze location after being in a horrible car accident that nearly killed him he was there for “skilled” care. He kept getting infections after being there and was re-admitted back to the hospital several times. The last time he was admitted the hospital notified us that my brother had a severe bedsore ( to the bone) its awful Seabreeze didnt even notify us, they claimed when he got there he already had the bedsore, it was obviously
a lie. So we transferred him to another of the SL properties Woodland Manor in which they informed us he not only had the one bedsore but had formed 2 more stage 4 bedsores also before they got him. Do not send your loved ones to any SLP homes google Seabreeze nursing home they have recently been featured in news. This is an awful business that needs to be shutdown (not even my words watch the news report, however I concur 100%).
Why do you blatantly allow your Regional Director, Kathy O’Leary and your Administrator of Maplewood Care Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Adam Young, to fabricate falsities against your employed staff mere hours after calling the compliance line to report neglect and abuse?
