It’s unacceptable how much time I took in hold of more than 2 hours and I had to hang up, because there were goin’ to close. But they don’t say we’re about to close, leave a message!. They need to do something about it.

Terrible customer service, couldn’t answer my question and when I asked who can help me they said they don’t know. You’re government employees, shouldn’t you be knowledgeable on certain topics? I asked to speak to another person and got denied.
