I have been trying to contact the Madera and Fresno Social Security Office to ask for an appointment now for 3 days and been on holding the phone for 2 to 4 hours and no agent comes on the line. How am I going to make an appointment, if I can’t reach their offices? SSA Agents, where are you?
I had a very pleasant experience! I didn’t have an appointment and I was seen within about 30 minutes. They were all very nice and helpful.
