My mother-in-law just recently moved into the assisted living side of Greenhaven. Our experience with everyone – from the initial phone call and visit, to move in, to the daily staff – has been incredible. Everyone has been very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The facility is clean and inviting and, though I have not actually eaten there, the food/menu look very appealing.
I would never put my family at this facility. You have a RCC Luna who is not qualified and can’t do her job correctly. You have med tech that drop meds and give it to residents. The AL is turning into Skilled nursing. They don’t have enough staff. And estee the ED can’t do her job. She just sits down all day and eats. Residents medications go missing from narcotic locked box in Memory care. Now you have Raj the maintenance director sleeping with his housekeeper nicki. What a mess
UPDATE: Mom has now been here a month. She is thriving in the Memory Care setting. She has made friends, lots of activities and friendly staff. The food is good. She is showered twice a week. I am happy with Greenhaven Estates Memory Care.
The setting is beautiful and quiet. The Memory Care part needs some updating and freshening up, but it is clean. I will update after I know more about the care and coordination with the staff. So far everyone has been kind and helpful. I look forward to a positive experience.
