Vanessa Balderas (On-site Assistant Manager) at Bonbrook Plantation Sub Divison HOA office was very professional and courteous when I submitted by requested for home fencing replacement.
She reviewed my paperwork to make sure I have everything required and helped faxed it off immediately for review board to review. When my request was approved, she called to let me know and also forwarded an electronic copy to my email address.
She has been very helpful every time I went for information pertaining either club entry or home improvement queries.
