I won’t take anyone in my family members to this facility. I was at Sutter Gould when a gentleman in a wheelchair was dropped off by there bus. They wheeled him out & were not going to help him . When she noticed he was not moving the wheel chair she decided to push him to the front door . He couldn’t move the chair so I decided to help him ,once he got in I ask him where did he need to go ,he said he didn’t know ,so I ask someone there at the office to help . The gentleman in wheel chair said may x-ray but not sure . It was so sad to see that this facility did not take him in to his appointment since he couldn’t even wheel himself in . Then I came home & called the facility, manager told me that’s how it works, just to give them a ride & that it was none of my business. I asked her how would she like it if it was her family member being treated this way? She started yelling at me & hung up on me . So I called back to ask to speak to another manager, she said she was the only one there . If u have a family member there u need to be aware of this facility. It made me sad to see someone treated like this . I have seen other facilities drop of patients & never left them there to fend for themselves. It was horrible.

They never answer the phone! So sad I cannot give them zero stars.

This is the best place I’ve been at in years. Thank you so much for taking care of my dad and his needs. You are like a got sent to us. Thank you.
