We have been impressed with the way most of the staff at the Bluffs provide personal attention to the residents, greet them by name, keep them active, and generally care for the residents. When my mother accidentally put a ring on her finger that was too small, a caregiver used soap and water to patiently and gently massage it off. Yetzebi also has been excellent at helping bath my mother and maintain her personal hygiene.
We highly recommend The Bluffs at Hamilton Hill. My parents recently moved in and are extremely happy with their positive experiences. The facility is extremely clean and orderly. We want to give the praise to the attentive staff and especially to coordinator Jeanette who made this transition seamless. The Bluffs was our first choice.
