This guy is amazing. He was the last and best person we met at the seminar. He not only recommends the stuff, he shows you how he did it himself. When you sit with him, it’s like your talking to a friend. He tells you the ins and outs and the benefit of doing it, after he went through it. There was no charge for his visit, and he even offered to buy us lunch. We spent a good 2 hours with him. After the visit, I wish we took him out for lunch. He should be your first stop with whatever estate issues you need help with.

After meeting with Cory and listening to his marketing strategy for how he was going to list my property in Pasadena I basically told him “I trust you 100%, you do what you do and just tell me how I can help.” My house sold for 100K over asking, and after jumping through hoops to help get my house closed (we had some struggles with the buyers agent), Cory, Nancy and his team handled everything with the utmost professionalism, patience and held my hand every step of the way. I am now in the middle of doing a 1031 exchange into 3-4 new properties with him and I know that he’s “got my back” and am excited to see where he takes me.
