We have lived here at The Lakes for 10 days now! We have waited since January 2023! We would drive by on a regular basis to check construction. We have not been disappointed! It is everything we imagined and more! Eddie, Sarah and Kimber are amazing to work with! Come check it out….you will feel right at home!
My experience with Kendra was very positive. I as greeted warmly by all the folks that were downstairs .
I was very interested in the Buchanan Floor Plan. It was Top Notch. Kendra did a marvelous job in explaining the features of the unit. I loved both units and their locations. I would love to be at The Lakes, but I currently have large pieces of furniture that my late husband made that would not fit in the apt.

This is a wonderful place to live!
The Staff are the greatest! When we had the storm recently and all electricity was out here! They got a generator that help is and then they also cooked us breakfast, lunch, and dinner! They didn’t have to do all this for us! That goes to show you what a really great caring staff we have! They also got battery operated lights for us! Our staff went over and beyond for doing this! They didn’t have to cook etc for us but they did! I also love my apartment! It’s a 5 Star place to live in my opinion! I love love this place! I recommend you just come on by if your looking for a great place to live or just to come by to say Hi! We have a wonderful group of people living here! Also it is brand new place! I could go on and on about this wonderful place but I think you can tell how much I love this place! I think it’s a 5 Star which ever is the highest rating it is there😊
