They failed at their security and also, their negligence! One of my relatives was there for just 3 days and being that he had dementia, wandered off only to be found inside a car unresponsive in their parking lot. Auwe!!! Seemed like they didn’t watch out for him. I am never sending my loved ones there. Pure disgrace!!!
