This apartment complex is very nice and the staff is amazing. They are always quick to answer and questions, service needs and calls. It’s gated and well maintained.
I recently had issues with my bank paying through ACH to avoid the $57 credit card fee to pay my rent. The payment went through but my bank threw it back for fraud even though the money is in my account. I have never been late on any of my rent payments, have always been early or right on time. I have lived here 6 months. With no issues or complaints on me.
With the late fees added due to the inconvenience of my bank, it’s putting me well over budget. I am going to sit down and re-budget all my bills again, however, I wish the late fees can be removed this one time.
I will still always recommend this complex. They are great through and through. Just having issues with my stupid bank.

The Reserve apartments is a great community. I’ve lived here a few months and the office staff is so nice and attentive. They are quick to respond to work orders / maintenance issues that are called in and they bring package deliveries to my door. I am glad I chose this for my home and look forward to getting more settled here.
I’ve had the pleasure of calling The Reserve at Village Creek my home for the past year after relocating for work from Connecticut to Texas, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I moved in, the apartment complex felt like a true sanctuary. The staff here is incredible—always friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Whether I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to help and made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free.
The maintenance team is another standout feature. They respond to requests almost immediately, and any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. The entire complex is always clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable in my space.
I’m only moving out because I’ve decided to be closer to my loved one, but if it weren’t for that, I would definitely continue calling The Reserve at Village Creek my home. It’s been a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming community
