Can’t comment on facility as have not viewed. Made an appt and scheduled a phone call with Community Director Kristine Medina. Unfortunately she never bothered to call me back to discuss my situation. Since none of my questions were answered during the phone call we scheduled since I did not receive a call back, I won’t be touring. If the customer service is this bad prior to being a resident I can only imagine how bad the customer service is once you live there. I will not be touring: or considering this Community.
This is a wonderful community. The staff are very warm and welcoming.
The Savoy is a great place to live. They try to make sure you feel at home and comfortable. You feel safe and relaxed here. If anything, they are currently understaffed but insist this will improve.
