My wife and I stopped by to inquire about a 2b apartment, and I was appalled and shocked at what we experienced and what this apartment manager told us…
First, the manager is the only office staff member running the show. She complained to my wife and me for about 15 minutes about how awful the company owners were and refused to send her help to save money.
Next, we see signs on the wall for a reward program for their maintenance staff who report lease violations concerning occupancy and pets: $35 for each violation reported. The manager tells us they do regular inspections to spy on their residents and catch violations, and she shared multiple stories with us.
Throughout this conversation, she received multiple phone calls from residents requesting work orders, which she literally either hung up on or told them, “It’s not an emergency,” saying they don’t need any repairs.
We spent over an hour listening to the complaints and the horror stories and bucked out of there as fast as we could!

Pros: the people that work here are very kind from the ladies in the office to the kind maintenance staff. Generally quiet & safe neighborhood. Great gym, a little small but great equipment. My move in date was pushed back multiple times but they handled it professionally and with curteousy. When I did finally move in my apartment still needed a lot of work.
Cons: the roaches… we had roaches since day 1 and I have gone above and beyond to get rid of them on my own because the pest control doesn’t help. The guy barely even sprays. If you dont answer the door in 5 seconds he’s gone. The parking is HORRIBLE and they will tow you for any and every parking violation you can think of. I tried to purchase a covered parking spot to solve the problem and there weren’t available by my building. Things are broken quiet often and rarely properly fixed. The exterior parts of the building aren’t well kept. It is covered in slider webs and other pests, random cats, dog feces it just looks gross until you make it inside your actual apartment.
