I’m super impressed with the love, assistance, information, and care that Ms. Aurora has shown myself, my mother in law, and our entire family. She’s the most welcoming and caring person I’ve ever met. She’s a bright light to all she encounters and I’m so blessed to know her. I’ll always be grateful for the day she reached out to us to let us know she had an apartment available. She is a not just the beautiful face of the Waterford but she has an equally beautiful heart.
The Waterford is organized and timely. It feels more like a family home with apartments rather than an assisted living facility. There are fun activities for the residents to enjoy with a wonderful
activity director and a sweet and talented beautician. The staff have all been such a blessing and help to us. Ms. Jessica helped us get through piles of paperwork and Ms. Frances keeps track of all things medical is very responsive and helpful when we need records. The chef is amazing. There are so many sweet employees that I’m just beginning to know that have been so friendly, kind, welcoming, and helpful to us.
My mother in law has adjusted beautifully there and she is making friends and absolutely loves living there. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the Waterford staff for providing a safe, healthy, and friendly environment for our loved one to feel at home. I highly recommend this assisted living.

Unfortunately, there is not a zero star option to select. This facility has reached an all time low ! The Sonida corporation is horrible. They are actively ignoring safety and staffing concerns. Formal complaints have been filed against them and yet the company acts dismissive and continues on as nothing is going on at The Waterford. They have ignored building and patient safety concerns time and again. Please consider another place for your loved ones. The Corporate office puts profit over people.
My time at Waterford is always pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy having services there for the residents. Rev Matthew Stephan
