LVN Jackie and CNAs Kati and Claudia in the 100 hall provided great service to my father during his stay. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. I would also like to recognize Med Aide Rosemary, LVN Abby and weekend Nurse Supervisor Sarah for being friendly, responsive and helpful to him upon his arrival and at any time they were in his hall especially over the weekend. Thanks for all you do for your patients.

My mom has been in 2 other places. Of course, the elderly gets scared and don’t know what’s really going on, but my mom has come to realize that she has friends and people she can trust them in this place. Went to go see my mom today, seen her filled my heart with joy. Her telling me that they do an amazing job there. She loves the food and the staff. It’s hard to put your parents into an elderly home, but when you can rely on one, you can definitely rely on this one. I love you, mom, and thank you staff Tierra Este!!!
