Timeless Care Homes provides an excellent service to the senior adult home care community in the Forth Worth area. The Co-Founders, Tanner Landry and Justin Brucks are great to work with; quick to respond to our inquiries and provide an initial tour of their care home. Tanner met with my mother to see if she would be a good fit for their services and was readily available during during her time there.
The Home Manager, Casi, and her staff are attentive and ressponsive to each of the residents’ needs. If question or concerns arose during and after my mother’s transition from our to theirs, they were quick to inform and work with us to help her feel comfortable and safe.
The home has a bright, open and cheerful atmosphere. They had an open door policy to come and go freely during ample visiting hours. The residents, about 8-10, and their families were very positive and social which helped my mom emotionally. The faculty celebrates the holidays and its decorations and activities to keep an upbeat ambiance. We were able to have a Christmas party with the staff and residents, but also were provided plenty of space for just our family on Christmas Day. Great experience!
Due to a change in family work schedules, we were unable to keep traveling the long distance from our home to the facility, otherwise we’d likely still be there. Many good thing to say about TIMELESS. Highly recommended.
To say that Timeless Care Homes is great would be a gross understatement. The welcome you gave our mother when she first arrived was warm and genuine, giving comfort not only to her, but Jan (my wife) and I as well. The time she spent with you was restorative, helping her to gain back a little of the mental capacity she had dramatically lost only two months earlier. Pairing our mom with a roomate was serendipitous, giving our mom exactly what she needed (someone to talk to) at the precise time she could benefit from it. The engagement you provided, the food, the care givers, all phenomenal.
My sister and her wife now feel compelled and ready to take care of our mom. I am truly moved by their desire to do so. That being said, Jan and I will always be grateful for the care and love she received at ‘Timeless.’ Your compassionate business model is nothing short of inspirational. My initial contact with Timeless and my conversation with co-founder Tanner Landry gave me the impression that he genuinely cared about the residents and his staff. Tanner was very personable, pleasant, and transparent. After touring the facility, my husband and I were certain this was the place where we wanted my mother to reside. A very clean & fresh environment with lots of natural light as well as being a very beautiful and spacious facility. Cassie, the care manager, came to our home and did an assessment of my mother and was so down to earth and friendly. She helped put my mind at ease and I had confidence that the high level of care my mother would require would be received from Timeless staff. We decided that we wanted Timeless Assisted Care Home to provide the respite care for our mother for two weeks. The level of care and quality of the meals, as well as the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff, exceeded our expectations. My mother enjoyed the positive vibes and upbeat interactions. In terms of communication, Cassie kept me informed of all developments.
Justin Brucks, also co-founder, was so friendly and welcoming! He ensured my mother’s room had enough space for her belongings and assisted me with packing my vehicle upon checking out. He was present each day I visited and that was reassuring to see the owners on the property to help in anyway!!
Due to me caring full-time for my mother and lack of quality slept for almost a year, this respite stay was such a blessing from the Lord! I slept through the night every night for the first time in almost a year! I did not experience any anxiety or worry at all during my two week respite break and I chose to do nothing but sleep and relax. The staff did a fantastic job caring for my mother. When I would visit everything was in order and my mother was always clean and comfortable. The integrity of her skin was never compromised especially since she’s incontinent. I highly recommend Timeless! You will not be disappointed. Believe me I’ve tried the “big box” facilities on more than one occasion and those experiences were awful to say the least. I’ve walked this caregiver/daughter journey for 12 years with two parents and have seen and experienced a lot first hand . As a result, I have quite a bit of knowledge and experience regarding long-term care services.
I had the honor to tour this beautiful and warm home for our seniors with Casi. Timeless Care provides all inclusive care to their residents who get 24/7 care in an intimate and friendly setting. The property is set in a culdesac with a charming yard and raised gardening beds. The residents were all socially engaged and cared for. It was du to see them painting and socializing in this home setting. Tanner, one of the co-founders was there visiting the residents and touring a family as well and it’s great to see so much involvement and compassion from ownership. I can’t recommend Timeless Care Homes enough.
Tanner and his team at Timeless Care Homes have their residents best interest at heart and it shows. The team is engaged with their residents and they make it feel warm and homey. I highly recommend Timeless Care Homes!
