I came here for knee pain been in here for 8 hours or more still have not been seen ridiculous hospital don’t go here go to detar during a lot better that’s where I should have went

I just want everyone that reads reviews to know that I give my honest opinion. I was admitted here at the hospital for a week and I had NOT 1 complaint about anyone or anything. All the nurses on the 4th floor are amazing. Josephine in the kitchen went above and beyond. The food here I personally thought was great. Thank you citizens for the laughter and the hospitality you’ve shown me. I appreciate it very much.

I went in for a day surgery a few days ago and had the best experience! I was pampered by the nurses. They were all so nice, attentive and took very good care of me! Thank you Jacci, Brittani, Danelle, & T.J. Also, thank you to all who assisted them; Blake, Paula, Suzanne, Diane, Jennifer, Saraya, Trina, Ashley & Amber. Most of all, thank you Dr. Junor and your surgery staff! I am very grateful to be alive!!

I’ve been to a ton of ERs unfortunately, everywhere from Victoria to Austin and the surrounding areas and this is the worst. I don’t know if it’s a hospital policy issue or if it is just the personnel. I truly have PTSD from the place and made me think I couldn’t find emergency help if needed. Luckily I did! I found excellent care and it saved my life.

This hospital has never disappointed us very satisfied how they treat my mom(our 1st priority) staff friendly and explain their self on everything they gonna do to her and tell her exactly what meds she’s getting and what it’s for they come in and out constantly asking if there is anything needed definitely a 5 star
