We’ve lived at the Villas for almost a year now and it’s been a great experience! The people at the reception are helpful and accessible 7 days of the week. Hailey M. was especially helpful when we first moved in, providing multiple tours of different units before we made our pick. Maintenance requests are handled extremely quickly (often same-day) and done very professionally. Shoutout to Manny V. on the maintenance team as well, he’s been super helpful!

I’m the first to say that I am a very picky person & ask a lot of questions when looking for an apartment. Over a period of several months I worked with sales associate Kim Poplar who graciously answered all of my questions and happily showed me several potential units. She greeted me each and every time with a smile & a wide range of information. I thank her for her professionalism & proactive approach!

I’ve been living at Villas at Beardslee for 3 years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The property is well-maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. The management team is professional, approachable, and really makes you feel at home. A special shout-out to Hailey Markham – she has been incredibly helpful. Whether it’s answering questions, handling maintenance requests promptly, or just providing excellent customer service, Hailey always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and caring team member, and it really makes a difference in my experience here. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live!
