I called just to ask if they accept aids that speak that language, Amran whom answered the phone acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about so when I repeated myself he hung up on me. Here I am recommending this agency and Amran is very unprofessional if he does not know the answer to a simple yes or no question he needs to ask for help or put someone else on the phone not hang up on people!

Working with Touching Hearts at Home was a wonderful experience. They sent us an aide named Sonia. She was so wonderful with our mother. She is smart, compassionate, fun. She put our mother at ease immediately and scheduled out her routine. She made every day include her needs with exercise, therapy, good foods, music, movies… you name it!!!
