Well t well this place started out wrong the manager has either embezzled or used my money order for ill-gotten purposes I have to hire an attorney to get my funds back. The manager now bounces my calls or forwards the calls to the maintenance department to avoid me she also will not answer the doorbell for her office. I’ve never seen someone so hard up for a couple of bucks and a half it’s it’s pitiful I want everyone to know about town center Terrace at 16200 Vermont Avenue.
