This is one of the best living facilities I’ve worked at or visited by far!! The staff not only encourage the residents but each other as well. There are any number of activists and outings offered daily. You can tell the staff enjoys their work because they are constantly smiling and offering assistance to whomever needs or wants.
The facility is clean and accommodating. If a concern is mentioned, the staff is addressing it right away. But here’s the big surprise, they always let the residents know how it is being addressed.
I am a resident at Kent Place and I love the security I feel at this community. I love the meals here and the fact that I don’t have to cook. The face to face laughing at the tables and shoulder to shoulder conversation is wonderful. The walk around the neighborhood is truly beautiful and very pretty. I also enjoy the piano in the dinning room.
The supervisor Nicole is rough with the elderly people. I personally seen her roughly grab an old woman’s hand as I was delivering their Amazon package. Do not let your elderly people come here. When I called to speak with a super visor she had attitude that I was trying to report her.
