My mother inlaw has been here for less then 2 days and waited 3 hours for water and when it did come there was spoiled milk in it. Asked from assistance to use the restroom and 3 hours later still no one to take her to the rest room.
Used to work here a few months back is a horrible place, food is terrible, residents are treated horrible, abandoned at most times.
