  1. The worst of the worst. Honestly I don’t give reviews often at all but consider this not a review but a WARNING. But this place has to be know for what it is. I’m 64 yo and have never seen a more incompetent medical facility. Nursing was barely acceptable, the administration department OMG… completely unprofessional, incompetent, rude and thats if and when they return your phone calls. I believe pulling our loved one out of this place saved their life.

  2. This place is the worst ok maybe not the worst. I had an issue with the nurses and CNAs and didn’t want to give me their names. I spoke with their supervisors and they worked with me to resolve the problem. Physical therapy is all about billing your insurance so they can make money. My roommate had a stroke effected his brain couldn’t think straight. He had n amputated leg because of diabetes. They didn’t make sure his sleeve was covering his leg before they put his prosthetic leg on and caused him a wound. While treating his wound still had nerve to try and make him walk on it. Just to make their money. They are not all bad But it a business. It’s good to make sure the treatment they give is in the best interest for you or your loved ones. It’s a good idea to make sure you and your family get your covid shot because they let it run rapid threw their facility patience, staff members when I was there. This place would rather let you or your family member die before they have to test you and report it. Their environment is unsafe they only care about filling their rooms and their pockets. Nurses do work hard and are under stressful condition. It’s the lil extra mile they need to go in order to ensure a safer environment. This place is a danger to the community when they don’t stay on top of things. Thank you social services Cynthia for helping me address my issues at the end. This place is probably not the worst but still make sure you are aware of what’s going on. I’ll give them this food is pretty good. There are some good, hard working people that work there. Looks like conditions have improved before I left. Hope everyone stays safe. Be mindful of the surrounding. If it seems like to many people with symptoms of the virus going on let them know your concerns until someone listens or you and your family could be at risk. I will say the condition did improve. Make sure your love ones are safe and it’s safe for you. If we just let places like this half ass and not function to the full potential we are putting our loved ones and selves at risk. I am greatful for the service and care I did receive. And like I said their not the worst place. Thank you for making the much needed improvement.

  3. I am in Turlock nursing rehab and nursing care. I’ve been here two months. I fell at a quinceanera and broke my hip and so I’ve been through therapy with Ramon mostly and Gurvinder and I love them both. I’ve had a wonderful experience with the gym there at nursing and, true like they would not allow me to have my Tylenol because of my leg would always hurt my good I need to write those down and have each one of the CNA‘s read them and sign them because nobody seems to tell them CNA‘s what the truth is what the facts are and and that upsets me very much cause I’m in charge of my own Bill my own medical treatment I’m divorced. I live alone so I don’t need to be in the dark about anything and that’s that’s what got me. The worst upset is just that I was kept in the dark and then that said because I was in Covid I couldn’t have a shower then but yet I had to have a shower to get out of there so all of a sudden things are not making sense to me and and so we needed somebody that knew what the hell they were talking about and I got Stephanie finally but she said you’ll be out tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and went, and I never went out and said there’s another dispelled so called truth and but I did get out the next day after that. I’ve done well with my different roommates. I’ve been alone a lot, which is great , I love having the room by myself. I’ve come to really love all my CNA‘s. There may be some. I didn’t really care for, but I don’t even know who they are, but my worst experience was the men shouting. I truly do not believe that men should be mixed in the same damn hallway as a woman, and there’s a guy straight across from me that they ended up taking out of here because he he not only would shout and screaming and say the F word he was threatening my CNA‘s, he was then he started exposing himself, so the state came in and got rid of him, but there’s also people like that going on today and they need to get rid of these people that are abusive what they call out instead of using their button, I use the button so being Irish I said you use the button if I have to use the button but other than that, I’ve had a wonderful experience here
