My father was here for about a month and a half during Covid-19 on hospice. The entire staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to assist my sister and I and to ensure my father was comfortable during the last month if his life. I am eternally grateful to them.
We felt very fortunate to have found your Wonderful place at a time when we were very unsure we were doing the right thing for our Mom. It was very comforting to be able to create a room for her with the her personal things so she would feel as if she were home.
Everyone made her feel so welcome like family and treated her with grace and dignity. She also loved being outside in your courtyard, enjoying the sun and fresh air and talking to people.
We smile at the special times and memories we had with Mom there at Ventura Grand.
I just want to Thank Everyone there – you really made a difference in Mom’s life as well as ours too.
My late aunt moved into VGC when she was diagnosed as being terminally ill. I was very worried about her, especially so as I live in England and was sadly unable to be with her in her final days. I had very good reports of VGC from her close loving friends who took good care of her and helped her settle into her new home. They told me how clean the facility was and my aunt was given a lovely sunny room. Their view was that VGC was the best facility around that would enable my aunt to spend her last few months in a secure and welcoming environment.
Sadly my aunt passed away a few days after arrival at VGC, and although I never got to view the facility first hand, I must say that my experience of dealing with the Administrator VGC after her passing, during a difficult period for the family here in England, was first class. We had the additional difficulty of communicating across the Atlantic and differing time zones but I was very satisfied with the professional and competent manner in which my aunt’s affairs were managed.
My father has been here for a couple of months. The staff is just wonderful with memory care patients ❤
