I am glad my family made the choice for Villa South to help us with my Mom. Our initial meeting with Kat and Melissa made us feel welcome and comfortable about having them assist our Mom.
The care staff is top notch and very professional. They always helped my mom with no problems. I see these jobs could be quite stressful but never saw the care staff without a smile or concern for her. Everyone one of them deserve credit.
One time my mom turned the red light on for assistance and someone from the kitchen staff was walking by and stopped to see if my mom needed help. That meant a lot to me knowing every worker was on board to help her.
The facility is very clean and they do an amazing job at decorating monthly themes like for Christmas or Thanksgiving. They have activities all day and thru out the day to keep the residents busy.
