Adjusting to the menu has been hard for me. Other residents have been great and staff kind and helpful. The hot water in the shower is very slow in coming and weak in pressure. The bus is difficult to get into and too small for popular events. I regret that the bus is not available on Sat. and Sun.
All small things but part of my new life.
Waterford Terrace is super great. I placed my 92-yr father there. It was a BIG change for him and I wasn’t sure if he could handle the transition. Tina and the staff were incredible and helped my father get comfortable with his new home. Now, he has friends and fun activities which he didn’t have before. He loves it at Waterford and is very happy to be there.
Mom has made good friends here. She always has companions at meals. The exercise classes are excellent. There is a garden club, a knit & crochet club, and music. The residents and staff are the best part, all welcoming and inclusive and they help each other. Everything is always clean and tidy. The chef has made sure there are vegetarian options as well as soup & salad. We are totally pleased with Waterford Terrace.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience. The facility is meticulously clean, the meals are wonderful, the co-tenants and staff members are consistently friendly and helpful, and there is a full calendar of activities for those inclined to participate.
